On Saturday, my best friend and I were invited to an art gallery opening in an unexpected place: Trinidad.
This neighborhood is located in Ward 5, in the northeast quadrant of Washington, D.C. and is a largely residential area.
And, I was pleasantly surprised to see a vibrant row of several art galleries including ConnorSmith. And, G Fine Art Gallery.
The main event was an annual premier of various local artist’s work, including performance art, sculptures, drawings, photography and paintings at ConnorSmith. And, I must say, this was one of the most impressive show’s I’ve attended. Take a look at some of the photographs:
And just across the Street is a chic new condo building: Paragon Condos.
This is an eight unit boutique condominium building located steps from the bustling H Street Corridor designed by SGA Companies,.
